Sentinel RIM (High Temperature) Coating Kit

Description

APPLICATION

• Wash all the rims with Rim Cleaner, rinse the rims thoroughly. Ensure the surfaces are clean and dry.
• Use the provided Sentinel CLEANSE (Panel Wipe) to thoroughly wipe all surfaces, eliminating oils or residue from the cleaning process.
• Apply SENTINEL RIM (HT) generously to the applicator pad and spread it in all directions to ensure full coverage. When the coating begins to “sweat” and displays a “rainbow” effect, buff it lightly with a clean microfiber towel.
• In warmer temperatures, drying times are shorter, so be sure to buff the coating sooner to prevent cloudiness.
• Repeat this application process for each rim until all the rims are coated.
• Allow the coating to set for at least 2 – 4 hours, with complete curing achieved in seven days.
• You may optionally apply a second layer of SENTINEL RIM (HT) after one hour, depending on the amount of product remaining.
• After 6 – 12 months, a third layer of SENTINEL RIM (HT) can be applied, as this coating allows for multiple layers.

AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE

• After washing with Rim Cleaner, rinse the rims thoroughly.
• Clean and dry with high quality clean microfiber towel to finish.
• For enhanced durability, SENTINEL RIM (HT) coating can be re-apply to clean, dry rims every 6 – 12 months.

Adhering to the Sentinel Aftercare procedures can extend the protection to last up to 1 to 1.5 years and beyond.

TIPS

• Do Not apply to the glass. This product is formulated for a different use and is not interchangeable with the other coatings.
• Do Not apply the coating when the rims are hot.
• If using the last of the coating product, you may apply a second layer after one hour.
• Take note of the time to begin to coat as this is the drying time reference point.
• Use a fresh microfiber buffing towel to buff the rims.

• Use personal protection equipment (gloves, safety glasses, mask).
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not ingest. Seek medical advice.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Store out of sunlight and in a cool dry area.
• Do not use in conjunction with other products.
